Every booking your travel agent has arranged for you — hotel stays, airport transfers, tour days, and the stops in between — arrives in one app, so you always know where you need to be, who is picking you up, and what comes next. No printed vouchers to keep track of, no email threads to search. Your holiday, laid out clearly. Open a holiday to see the full itinerary day by day, with hotel stay dates, every transfer with its pick-up and drop-off time and address, and the places you will be visiting. Tap the map to explore every location in one view, and download or view your full itinerary PDF whenever you want it, online or off. Tickets and documents your agent attaches are saved to your device with a tap. Transfer days are stress-free. Your home screen shows what is coming up next with a live countdown, and your driver's details appear thirty minutes before pick-up so you know exactly who to look for. Watch your driver approach on the map as they head to you, check the pick-up point, and open directions in your preferred map app if you are making your own way there. Checking in takes a second. Show your personal check-in QR to your driver or tour guide and your attendance is marked instantly, with no paperwork and no confusion about who has boarded. Tell everyone how it went. Once a holiday is complete you can rate and review your driver, your tour guide, your travel agent, the places you visited, and the trip overall, with a star rating, your own comments, and photos from the day. Read what other travellers said about a place before you go, and update your review later if you change your mind. Find more to do. A curated recommendations feed suggests services and companies for your destination, filtered by location, each with photos, traveller reviews, address, and one-tap calling, email, and website links, so booking a table or an add-on tour never means leaving the app. Your people are one tap away. Real-time in-app chat lets you message your travel agent, tour guide, and driver directly, with an offline message queue so messages send as soon as you have signal, voice messages, unread tracking, and message search. Notifications tell you when a pick-up time changes, a driver is assigned, or your itinerary is updated, and each alert deep-links to the trip it affects. Everything works away from home. Browse your holidays on a day-by-day calendar, review your complete trip history, export a trip log over any date range, and rely on on-device storage with background refresh so your itinerary is there even on airplane mode or a weak hotel connection. Getting started is quick. Sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or email with OTP verification, and a short guided tour walks you through your trips, recommendations, and support. An in-app FAQ answers the common questions. You stay in control. Lock the app with biometrics, choose light, dark, or system themes, scale the font size for comfortable reading, manage your name, username, email, phone, and password, review notification, location, and camera permissions in one place, and block or report users to keep every interaction safe. Rectrix Link keeps your itinerary, your transfers, your driver, and your travel agent together in one place, so you can stop managing the logistics and enjoy the holiday. Two deliberate omissions versus the driver/contractor copy: neither app advertises voice or video calling (the call buttons are commented out in both ChatDetail views), and neither mentions subscriptions or billing — there are no subscription or billing screens in either build.
