Mit dieser App kann man eine Lieferzeit auswählen. Früher war das in Ordnung. Jetzt, bei den letzten beiden Bestellungen, kam der Lieferant zu einer anderen Zeit. Sie haben einfach selbst die Lieferzeit geändert.
Das letzte Mal, als dies geschah, rief mich der Lieferant am Telefon an und sagte mir, dass er zu einer Zeit zurückkommen würde, zu der ich zu Hause sei, aber dann erhielt ich eine E-Mail, in der es hieß: "Meine Adresse konnte nicht gefunden werden.” Jetzt solle ich mich an eine Apotheke am Stadtrand wenden, um meine Bestellung zu finden.
Es lohnt sich nicht, sowas zu versuchen.

For an online pharmacy, the service is extremely poor and unreliable. If you need anything you’re better off walking to your local pharmacy, not worth the savings and the long delivery time.
You would expect much higher level of service from a Dutch parent company operated by Germans. The people you get on the phone, despite being very friendly, are not competent and very inefficient. I will not purchase through them anymore.
Die App ist Verarschung!!!
Alle Produkte sind in der App um einige Euro teurer, als wenn man sie über Google sucht und diese dann von Shop Apotheke im Suchergebnis günstiger angeboten werden.
Was soll so etwas? Das wirkt doch absolut unseriös!
