this must be one of the worse battery monitoring I ever seen. here are some issues:

1. if you have multiple batteries you only can connect at one at the time , so you always have to manually disconnect from the present battery and manually connect to another one. Same goes if you have multiple devices (tablet and phone) only one device at the same battery at the time

2. they make you create an account with them … there is no need for that to bluetooth monitoring of a battery. There are similar apps that don’t require an account

3. you can not be sign in to the account from multiple devices. The minute you sign in on your tablet it will sigh you out on your phone

4. the app does not give you the voltage of each cell , most of other monitoring app show you each cell voltage. This info is very important but missing in this app !!!!

5. the app only shows you one temp sensor , and that is the sensor from the BMS temp. People don’t care much what temp is the BMS , more important is what is the temp of the cells

The Bluetooth Bluetooth technology only supports 1-to-1 data communication at the same time. The current temperature shown in the APP is the battery's and not the BMS.
The current version only supports the display of the information of an entire battery, not the individual cells, we will optimize this in the next development.

Tried to connect it by scanning the tag with camera and by tried to use Bluetooth to scan for it. It would not connect or find any device. I purchased 2 batteries both are the same.

These batteries go on STANDBY, unless you load them quite a bit they will not come online.
Furthermore, Redodo’s tech support will ask you to disconnect your solar and/or wind if you want the batteries to come online as the batteries will sense the higher voltage from the chargers.
To be frank I just don’t know who engineered the BMS.

So sorry for any inconvenience caused. When multiple batteries are connected to one battery system, the discharge current for each battery will be distributed according to the internal resistance of each battery. If the system is discharged at a lower current, it may affect the accuracy of the State of Charge (SOC) display for batteries discharged below 1A. And this does not impact the actual capacity or functioning of the system.
