Game Management for Referees

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

The ultimate game and profile management tool designed specifically for sports referees and coaches. Stay organized, track your games, and manage your profile seamlessly. REFEREE BOOKING. SORTED. Finding referees for your games shouldn't be this hard. THE PROBLEM Every week, coaches spend hours hunting for referees. WhatsApp groups. Phone calls. Texts. Emails. The same refs get contacted by 10 different coaches asking the same question. Referees missing out on games they could actually take. Double-bookings. Confusion about who's confirmed. Fixtures getting cancelled or delayed because no one can find an official. It's chaotic. It's stressful. It shouldn't be this way. THE SOLUTION RefSorted changes the game. Post your fixture. Enter the details once. RefSorted instantly notifies all available referees in your area. Refs see your game. They accept it if they're free. Game booked. Done. No more: • Endless WhatsApp messages • Manual phone call hunts • Confusion about who's confirmed • Double-bookings (refs or coaches taking conflicting games) • Cancelled fixtures due to ref shortages HOW IT WORKS Post Your Game — Enter fixture details (date, time, location, level) Notify Refs — RefSorted instantly alerts available referees Ref Accepts — Refs see your game and confirm if they're free Game On — Everyone is instantly informed. The game is locked in. YOUR CALENDAR. YOUR CLARITY. Both coaches and referees get a single calendar view of all upcoming games. No more double-bookings. No more confusion. Everyone can see what's booked and when. One place. Complete clarity. YOUR CONTROL. YOUR CHOICE. RefSorted puts YOU in charge of who you work with. Are you a referee who doesn't want to referee for a certain club? Exclude them. They won't see your availability. Are you a coach who prefers not to work with a specific referee? Exclude them. They won't be notified of your games. No awkward conversations. No forced partnerships. Just the flexibility to work with who you want to work with. WHO IT'S FOR • Coaches organizing fixtures • Club coordinators managing schedules • Referees finding available games and managing their calendar • Club administrators reducing admin burden THE IMPACT RefSorted puts you back in control. More games get played. Referees have more opportunities. Coaches and refs spend less time managing chaos and more time doing what matters. Simple. Fast. Reliable. DOWNLOAD RefSorted TODAY Join clubs across your region who've already gone RefSorted. Game On.
