Excellent program

Very straightforward, explanations of what pelvic floor disorder is, and how it affects ED. Many men don’t realize that the same type of muscular functions that are often affected by women after birth, can also affect men overtime. Also, exercise exercises are clearly explained and usually shown, and become progressive over time !

Do not purchase

Scam Artists - Their workouts are very simple and repetitive, the videos look stolen from other places, and there’s very little information to read up on. Further, they’re doing men a disservice by only providing strengthening exercises, when men also need exercises to relax these muscles and avoid making them Hypertonic. They hid the fact that their price doubles after the first month, and have you send in a support email to cancel the subscription or delete your account. They want more money out of you, and they’ll do whatever it takes to get it. You can’t even edit your billing info in the app. Truly suspect business they’re running here.

Scam

When you sign up you’re given the impression it’s a one time financial charge. Turns out it isn’t. You have paid half of a monthly fee, so a month later you get billed double. And for every month after. It appears on the credit card statement as Solidgate which is a processing system used by many online vendors making it very difficult to figure out who is charging you. And when you try to cancel in app, all it does is generate an email. So canceling is not immediate and requires manual assistance.
