RentTracker is dedicated to keeping its software simple and affordable. The first 3 tenant records are completely free of charge. As new tenants move in or your portfolio grows, RentTracker will grow with you. Additional tenants are $.50 per month with a $9 monthly service charge.

Looked ok. Then I saw the monthly fees. I just wanted a purchased not pay per month service. No place for actual tenant suites, sizes or notes about each lease.
too pricey... ok to use..
I have this app for 2 days now.. it's not the best one by desigh.. a little dull without extra nice features as option to send rent receipts, store document images and edit names of units. what's great is the option to share info with wife or business partners. but for $9 a month service fee it's a little too much for a toy... I would pay $20 annually.. no more..
Monthly fee plus buy tenant
Monthly payment plus you need to buy more tenants? Why don’t you do one or the other? Don't be greedy!!!
