The app’s a little but the customer support is really helpful. They solve your problems within one business day.
Extremely frustrating app and website
I opened a republic bank account because of the great high yield savings option. The app and general user interface on the website is so bad it honestly feels like the bank is fake and this whole thing is a scam. I was locked out for weeks, finally got in, and now my linked bank account is missing and there’s no way to add it back, meaning I can’t pull out or add any money. It’s super ridiculous and I just want them to hire better web designers. I dread having to use this app which is really unfortunate because it’s where a lot of my money is.
Republic Bank - Chicago’s Great little Bank!
Easy to use app, wonderful easy going people working at the branch locations. I moved from Chicago but I still choose to bank with Republic Bank over others.
