Fix minor layout issues

Several theme-switching and repaint fixes ensure controls render correctly after appearance changes. The context menu now dismisses when the app loses focus, and a stale hover state that could re-trigger the context menu after closing it has been fixed. Environment renaming now correctly updates the button label and enforces a 64-character limit on the name.

This update improves stability and polish: - Right-click menus now close when you click elsewhere, not just with the Escape key. - Editing an environment variable now updates its {{variable}} highlighting everywhere it's used — across the URL, authentication, and parameter and header fields. - Environment variable autocomplete now reliably updates the request when you pick a value. - Fixed syntax and {{variable}} highlighting that could appear uncolored at startup or after changing display scaling. - Password fields now use a cleaner masking dot. - Various refinements to the authentication fields, tooltips, and window behavior.
