Reset: Holistic Fitness App 4+

If you’ve ever struggled with keeping pace during your workout, I highly recommend this app.
Not only is it very user friendly, but the timed workouts (with real-time examples of how to do each exercise) has helped me tremendously with staying consistent and not getting distracted during my workout.
In the past, I have lost so much “steam” by stopping my workout midway to pick up my phone and refer back to my workout program to see what exercise I am supposed to do next. With the RESET app it’s like you are doing the exercises WITH a trainer. I’ve already recommended it to several friends and they have found it extremely helpful as well!
Exercise aside, the other features included with the app (meal tracker, water log etc.) are just an added bonus and really make this app stand out from the others I have used in the past.

Lastly, I want to clarify that this would be a 5 star review if I hadn’t experienced the occasional “lag” during my workouts. Not sure if anyone else has had this experience, but there were several times where the timer wouldn’t begin the countdown/ the exercise wouldn’t load. Usually this issue resolved itself by the next set of exercises, so thankfully it wasn’t something that prevented me from completing my workout:-)

❓Want to pay to possibly get injured?❓Like poor customer service & want to be dismissed and lied to? ✅ If yes, this is the app for you! ❎ If not, go elsewhere sis! This app is not it.❓ What kind of trainer doesn't tell you how to have proper form (WORKOUT 101)?! Not a reputable one! 👎🏾 Despite having been live for YEARS, most exercises don't even have descriptions for form which can lead to injury. It led to mine and support did NOT care and wouldn't refund my 2nd annual subscription when requested a month into it. I'd complained like 4 months prior about this and they said they were going to work on it. Do you think they did? Of course not! 👎🏾 Aside from that, the app routinely breaks with updates and will keep crashing. ❌ Customer service isn't very helpful, truthful, concerned about your health, or transparent. ❌ It gets stale very fast. BETTER OPTIONS: 1️⃣ FitBod [$] – an AI personal trainer that tailors workouts to your equipment, etc. 2️⃣ FitOn [FREE] which has hundreds of on-demand workouts of all kinds. Never had problems with either one and recommend both so much more than Reset. 👎🏾 Just Say No. 🚫 If you're reading this, consider yourself lucky enough to be warned and run away. 🍀🏃🏾‍♀️

The apps name is “Reset,” and for me that is one thing this app doesn’t do. Every month, my bill is paid I come into the app and it literally asks me to pay and join. I’m already paid, I’m already joined, you’re literally drafting my payment monthly! I’ve had to talk to support several times for them to go in and “Reset” the app for me so I can use it. I’ve been patient, I understand start-up’s and glitches, and human error, it’s okay…But we are now going on repeat incident number 4/5, enough. I just paid my invoice August 3rd it is now August 20th, I have had NO ACCESS since the 1st. I waited to see if the glitch would right itself before going through the obstacle of taking pictures of my receipts, sending and email, waiting to hear back etc. by the time that all happens it’s been two days...but no. I tried. Honestly, I’m not even seeing the workouts Jenna does on her IG page (maybe I need to look closer, granted), but I’m not going to continue the back and forth. Sorry.
