Version 1.7
1. App - Multi day sort
Appointment sorting for multiple date results has been reworked to sort by date, then relative priority instead of putting priority sorting first.
2. Add time to Complete on app
Added a fix to appointment cards to now display completion time on completed appointments.
3. Completed Inspections showing overdue in Insp app
Fixed the bug that was causing completed inspections to be displayed as overdue inspections. Now they will be closed out and removed from the inspectors overdue list upon completion.
4. Calendar view for HK
A new landing view that displays a calendar with daily activity is available to Housekeepers as their landing page. This UI has been used in other roles as the default view and has been requested by users who work in multiple roles.
5. Inspector app not holding filters
The inspector app filters have been corrected to maintain the sorts when opening and closing inspection details so the user and work through the list the desired way they want to.
6. Inspections canceled and HK cant complete
Removes the inspection requirement from appointments where the inspection has been canceled, yet its still blocking the Housekeepers ability to complete the appointment.
Ratings and Reviews
After update, application doesn’t work at all
Company completely terminated the original application which was a terrible idea from a transition standpoint, they should have allowed access from both versions of the app for a period of time before killing the original version.
I had to reset my password to log into the new app, old password was not honored. Had to force close the app after logging in and then launch again. Once I’m in the app, it’s unusable, clicking on anything does not respond. It also does not show all my cleanings scheduled.
Update
After update works impossible login again nor reset password but the password is absolutely correct.
Nice update.
Few glitches but that is to be expected with new software updates. My teams and I are liking a lot of the new features and are excited to learn everything else it has to offer for a better experience for our customers.
