Start on Home with a clean flip clock that makes time feel easier to read. Move into Task for Focus sessions, Deepwork blocks, and Read timers with books, locations, and reading time. Before a task begins, the 4-4-4 start ritual guides you through 4 seconds of inhale, 4 seconds of hold, and 4 seconds of exhale so you can enter the session with less friction.
You can:
- switch Flip Clock styles and show date, weekday, seconds, and time units
- use Focus to create a steady work and break rhythm
- use Deepwork for longer, more immersive work sessions
- manage Books, reading records, and locations in Read
- review today, week, and month in Time & Energy Analytics
- play ambient background sounds for a calmer work and reading space
The free tier includes Home Clock, Focus, Read, basic Analytics, one book, and the first five sounds.
Premium unlocks Deepwork, extra book slots, more sounds, more clock styles, and advanced Analytics.

Paid features, enjoy free updates of future advanced features, and promise no advertising.
After confirming the purchase and payment, it will be automatically renewed through your iTunes account.
The Apple iTunes account will be charged within 24 hours before the expiration date, and after successful deduction, the subscription period will be extended by one subscription period.
If you need to cancel the renewal, please manually disable the automatic renewal feature in iTunes/ApplelD settings management 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.
During the trial period, if the iTunes account does not unsubscribe, the subscription will be automatically opened and deducted at the end of the trial period. Unused trial duration will be automatically invalidated after purchasing the subscription.
This service is up to you to choose whether to cancel or not. If you choose not to cancel, we will activate the renewal service for the next billing cycle for you.
