1.1.0 adds two big things: the repair bench and creating returns at the counter. Create a return — tap ＋ in the Returns tab. Find the order by number, email or phone, choose what's coming back and why, then create it. Photos can go on straight after. Lines already returned are greyed out so the same unit can't go back twice.Repair bench — a new tab for stores running Repairs. Work a job through its stages, run checklists, record parts and labour, and hand the device back to the customer. Raise a replacement order directly from a warranty resolution; photograph the serial label where a product requires it; enter the Return Authorisation number when receiving supplier-approved goods. Worth hammering: create a return against an order that's already been partly returned; try a reason the store's policy says is out of window (you can override, and it's recorded); pull the plug on wi-fi mid-flow and check nothing half-saves.
