• Search for and review work tickets.
• Access installation support for Reveal hardware.
• Complete device swaps for replacement hardware devices.
• Do quality assurance checks for completed installations.
Download the Reveal Hardware Installer app today and ensure that Verizon Reveal devices are installed correctly and quality checked.
Please note: A data connection is required for this app. This app is used by third-party vehicle hardware installation technicians and is not used by Reveal customers.

Hardly works when you need it to
When it does work it’s great but more then half the time I get error vehicle not found and end up having to call tech support anyways
Works when Verizon does their job right, which is rare.
If any information is incorrect for the service appointment, the install will not go through on the app. Calling in takes an extra 15 minutes if you’re lucky. I’ve waited on them to sort out issues for over 45 minutes before, 30 minutes is very common.
