Reverie Nightstand 4+

This app was working fabulous for me after my remotes charging port got broken. But now for some reason if I have the massage on and try and close out of the app to do anything else on my phone… it turns my massage off.. so that’s very frustrating. And I couldn’t find a way to contact support for the app without having the serial # and other info that I have apparently misplaced. Hopefully this issue is fixed soon. Once it is I’d give the app 10 STARS! If I could.

What use to be a five star review, recent update has altered my review. I’ve been using this app for years and have loved it up until yesterday when the app went through an update. Sine the recent update all functions within the app work while using the app. However, once I go to another app in my phone or when the screen on my phone timed out, the app stops working and I have to return to the app and restart my bed. The bed no longer stays actively vibrating for the designated time period it’s set for. I have to continuously keep the app open and my phone screen unlocked in order to keep the bed active.

Please fix this bug. How am I supposed to relax and fall asleep if I have to babysit my phone & constantly make sure the screen is unlocked so the app won’t turn off my bed. It use to work fine and would stay one for the duration even when my phone had gone to it’s locked screen. I’ve been troubleshooting the settings but can’t find anything that would cause this. Please fix this issue because I can’t live without the use of my bed and I no longer have use of the beds remote.

Frequent disconnects. Using on one side of split king. Saving settings on my side overwrites wife’s settings and vice-versa. Saved settings then inevitably disappear later after app closed. However, remotes that came with bed frequently stop working until re-syncing with bed which requires going under the bed. Syncing from app still required way more frequently than should be necessary, but easy and can be done laying in bed so preferable. Trying to use feature bed doesn’t have crashes app (e.g our bed doesn’t have adjustable lumbar support). Also struggles even more on iPhone SE. Pressing buttons sometimes unresponsive. This is not a problem on iPhone 7. (Both fully updated iOS 13.3). It would be great app if not so glitchy. As-is 3 stars may be generous.
