Over the limit glitch *update
I like the concept and I love the service that the card provides but when I ran out of money I tried to re-charge the card and it keeps giving me over the limit notice. Also that is the card is declined, after putting in endless hours and putting different cards so I could re-charge my revolt credit card, I have failed to get the card working again.I have tried to contact customer service and it seems that they’re nowhere to be found… I love the concept but again I tell you they have a lot to work on to get this right. I also try to pay with Apple Pay which there’s money in there and again I get a decline notice… I’m very disappointed because I had high hopes for this credit card, I will be searching for some other services...
*update It seems to me that they have updated their software and once you update for the people that are having problems I think that is resolved so I’m happy to say that my card went through and it seems like they got in their act together… I would suggest to have a live chat so people can talk to someone at an instant in today’s market but overall I’m happy to say that they are fixed and I did change my review from a one star to a four-star keep up the good work

I recently was upset that they used prepaid cards and I almost didn’t use this service.. man would I have missed out on the best finance app in the entire App Store.. this product is unrivaled..I understand now why they do the things they do and why.. transferring money to yourself and others could not be done better.. I’ve Used every product from capital one to chime.. nothing comes close.. if I could I would do free advertising for them just because of how much convenience Revolut has brought to my life..I can’t give enough stars..I’m shocked that they are ranked 96 of the financial apps.. if people words just try it they would see that it is far And away the best…I’m not even getting to the fact that you can create multi use cards and single use cards for security.. and the information on each transaction is unparalleled.. please give it a try.. it is by far the best financial decision you will ever make…my name is Frank scirghio. I have nothing to do with Revolut but I would give anything to have anything to do with this company because I believe with all my heart that they are the best
TERRIBLE COMPANY
This is the worst banking app I have EVER WORKED WITH. I am so disappointed in this company. They lie to you, they steal your money. They’ll freeze your account and decline transactions even when the funds are there!!! They won’t respond to your chat messages for hours (BECAUSE THERE IS NO LIVE PHONE CALL OPTION, only automated system.) and they will repeat the same thing over and over with no kind of update or result. Then you’ll get passed around to different agents every 30 mins so you have to re-explain yourself.
They’ll not authorize your transactions at times and your purchase will get declined, again, even when the funds are there in the account!!!
I am warning you to not go with this company and stay far away, you will ultimately regret it and there is a possibility you won’t have access to your funds either, it’s actually a guarantee. I was stranded away from my home and locked out of my account for simply making deposits.
I can’t believe I have been treated like this and I STILL don’t have access to my funds. They even had the audacity to offer me to file a complaint through survey monkey which is not a site directly connected to the company which shows you how not serious they are. In times of emergencies or urgency, I was ignored and mistreated terribly when it’s literally my own money. Banking with Revolut is the WORST decision I have EVER made. The company is trash and worthless. BEWARE and save yourself a headache.
