Your movie night starts at the shelf. Explore a walkable 3D video store, connect your Jellyfin library and discover streaming options on iPhone and iPad. Friday night is video-store night again. RewindMate brings the video-store experience to your iPhone and iPad. Explore a walkable 3D store, browse shelves filled with VHS-style cases and rediscover your own movie collection. Connect your Jellyfin server to fill the shelves with your movies, artwork and descriptions. Pick a case, read the details and play compatible titles directly in the app. Your playback progress stays in sync with your server. Walk and turn with the touch joystick, choose a genre and let the app guide you to its shelf, or search by title and genre. Use landscape mode on iPhone, or choose portrait or landscape on iPad. You can also navigate with the arrow keys on a connected keyboard. Bring back the rental ritual. Add a movie to your bag, walk to the counter and show your virtual membership card. Return your selection at the return box when you are ready. Virtual rentals are part of the experience and never involve rental fees. You can explore right away without a server. The included demo catalog uses fictional movies, so you can try the store, search and checkout flow without signing in. For more discovery, add your own Movie of the Night API key to access the optional streaming catalog. Find offers from selected services in your country and open the provider's link. Playback takes place with the provider and may require its app and a separate subscription. An optional four-digit PIN protects a separate restricted section. Membership and rental data are stored locally on your device. RewindMate includes no advertising and operates no analytics or tracking services. Your personal library requires a reachable Jellyfin server and an account on that server. Playback compatibility depends on your media and server configuration. Streaming availability varies by country and service. Movies and streaming subscriptions are not included in your purchase. The app interface is available in German and English.
