Discovered this as we walked out to get a taxi for dinner. It was such a beautiful day, we thiught why not Try.

Easy APP download, easy to scan and in notime we went off on the bikes.

A quick challenge when we arrived at our destination as the only parking was back where we started ( no parking in the area around us).

The option to request an appeal for parking was offered. We submitted an appeal and was granted parking… YEA!! Loved it.. I am 65yrs young and loved the ease of you. I did get charged for the Appeal to park in “NO PARKING”, but a very minimal charge considering the fun adventure!

I used Google maps to navigate the streets. In english! It was a great Adventure!

ZERO SERVICE + SCAM prices + damaged bikes

I HATE THIS SERVICE!! I keep Updating my review over time and it’s always ZERO! NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT A BOT for EMERGENCIES -> system bugged and no one could close their ride in the whole city, I got charged 30€ and still havent been refunded 1 month after. HATE HATE HATE THIS COMPANY. They should be BANNED. DONT USE!!! I’m planning to CANCEL after using them for many months. Also 1) the app freezes 80% of the time when zooming on the map to locate a bike. Sometimes app won’t even open 2) I report bike maintenance issues 50%-70% of the time!! 3) The ebike price have increased by 50% in 2 years (from 1€ to 1.5€ for 15 minutes when paired with a monthly subscription). The regular bikes used to be unlimited free when buying a 14€ monthly subscription but now they charge 0.50€… basically, this is A SCAM = You pay more than before but with worse service. This company is a joke. They are AMATEURS, not professionals. I hope they go bankrupt

Good, but some inexcusable issues

It’s nice to have app-based bikes in Stockholm again, but it’s unfortunate this is the only option. I’ve had two main issues with the two bikes I’ve used today, and these are my second and third bikes I’ve used with the app.

One issue is the batteries do not last long. Two hours of riding and the bike is dead. The first bike I used today locked itself when I was waiting at an intersection and I couldn’t unlock the bike because the app said there was no battery left. I received no notification from the app about the battery being low. I was nowhere near a parking area, so I left the bike at the corner and ended the rental. The app charged me 200 kr for not parking it correctly, so I appealed it in the app (waiting to hear back).

The app started having issues connecting to the internet when I tried to end the ride with the second bike. I had to try several times to end the ride and take a photo of the parked bike because the app kept telling me it couldn’t connect to the servers. It knew my location and details about the bike and my trip, but allegedly had connectivity issues.

These are big issues, especially when they lead to unfair charges to customers. Do better.
