I’ve had a terrible experience using this app. Every time I try to schedule a pickup, it keeps pushing the time back. My driver keeps saying they’ve arrived, but they’re always parked at a completely different location like some random Walmart nowhere near me. I’ve tried reserving multiple times, but it never works properly. This app needs serious fixing before it can be considered reliable.

App needs notifications!

I missed my pick up because the app doesn’t have notifications. Bus driver came 15 min earlier then what we discussed. I can’t be having the app open while I’m working for 30 mins and be looking to see if they arrived. Please add notifications. Also add a way we can communicate with the driver.

The app is bugged or the drivers don’t use the app bc i can’t schedule a pick up when i see the Lynx buss pass by my street many times in a day
