Ten masking sounds generated on your device, a 30-second daily diary, and trends that show what makes your tinnitus louder — plus an ENT-ready PDF for your appointment.
That ringing, buzzing or hissing is real — and there's a lot you can do day to day to make it easier to live with. RingEase pairs a calming masking sound library with a 30-second diary that turns your everyday experience into something an audiologist or ENT can actually read.
TEN MASKING SOUNDS, GENERATED ON YOUR DEVICE
White, pink and brown noise, rain, ocean, stream, wind, crickets, fan, plus a notched sound shaped around the pitch of your own tinnitus. Nothing streams and nothing downloads — every loop is synthesized right on your phone, so it plays offline and never repeats in a way you'll notice.
SLEEP TIMER WITH A GENTLE FADE
Set 15, 30 or 60 minutes and the sound eases out instead of cutting off. Background playback keeps it going with the screen locked.
A DAILY CHECK-IN THAT TAKES 30 SECONDS
Loudness and distress on a 0–10 scale, last night's sleep, and quick trigger chips — stress, caffeine, salt, poor sleep, loud noise, alcohol. Something spikes out of nowhere? Log it in one tap.
SEE WHAT ACTUALLY MAKES IT LOUDER
RingEase tracks 7, 30 and 90-day trends and compares your own numbers — average loudness on days you logged a trigger versus every other day — plus a spike timeline and an insight on how poor sleep tends to carry into the next day. Plain frequency counting on your own entries, no AI guessing.
AN ENT-READY REPORT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
Export a one-page PDF covering 30 or 90 days: loudness and distress trend, a self-reported burden score, your spike timeline, top triggers and how much sound therapy you used. Hand it to your audiologist instead of trying to remember it all.
HEARING SAFETY, FRONT AND CENTER
Before your first sound plays, RingEase walks you through keeping the volume at a safe, comfortable level — because prolonged loud audio is its own risk to your hearing.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your diary and your sounds stay on your device. No account, no cloud sync, no analytics beyond what's needed to manage your subscription. The PDF is generated on your phone and only shared when you choose to share it.
RingEase offers relief and day-to-day management support for tinnitus. It is not a treatment or a cure, and it does not diagnose anything. If your tinnitus is new, one-sided, pulsing, or comes with sudden hearing loss, talk to an audiologist or ENT.
