Riverside Mobile Banking is a user-friendly native app portal to our web banking site. It validates and safely stores your login information, simplifies logging in, and allows you (if enabled) to quickly and securely check up to three account balances from the login screen.
1. Use TouchID fingerprint verification to log into to your web banking account (your iPhone must support TouchID and have it set up).
2. Log out of your web banking session and lock the application with the touch of a button.
3. Quickly check the balances of up to three accounts by tapping the Quick Balance button from the login screen or by using pull-to-refresh.
4. Deposit checks from your phone! Riverside Bank now offers mobile check deposit for approved customers.
NOTE: This application requires an account with Riverside Bank of Arkansas at https://www.riversidebanc.com. You will need approval from Riverside Bank to get access to mobile deposit. This feature is not automatically available to all customers. Terms and conditions for mobile deposit apply, including limits on the number and amount of deposits you can make from your phone. Please contact your nearest branch or check the website terms of service for details.
We've upgraded our mobile check deposit system, and we've updated the required endorsement message to meet with federal banking regulations.
