» One of the most common questions asked by traditional call centre assistance is “Do you know what your closest cross-road is?”. Not sure of the answer, don’t worry, the apps geo-tracking finds your exact location using your mobiles GPS.

» Feel a little more at ease whilst the app provides you time frames on how close your service provider is to helping you.

If you do not have roadside assistance with Toyota Finance, you can call on 137 200 to request immediate service and we will help get you back on the road. You will be asked to pay a call out fee and purchase a policy, so you can remain covered in the event you need assistance in the future.

Unable to setup app for use

I was not able to setup the app for use. I entered user name, VIN, and Agreement number. All I get is a message saying Sorry we could not locate any existing details. Please check them and try again or contact our support team.
I have no idea how to contact the support team. This app need a lot of work.

Humble Fist ,

Not Ready

This App is NOT ready for use. It won’t let me register and keeps giving me an error. Maybe it would be nice if it worked, but I guess I should just use my imagination in the meantime.

Can’t find account

Won’t let me login because it can’t find my account despite using all info provided by the dealer to set it up. And no one to contact to figure out what’s wrong. Awful.
