Rocks And Ropes 4+

Nice App, but…

It’s efficient and I rarely encounter delays in responses. But, that there are occasional delays is why this app earns 4 out 5. (really a 4.75 out of 5, but please don’t @ me for rounding down)

For context, I’m not referring to reasonably delayed responses from community members. Life can keep us busy; no worries there. I’m referring to intermittent lag in sending/receiving replies during timely conversations. It’s as though the server throttles “real time” conversations that extend beyond fifteen minutes.

That aside, I love that Rocks n Ropes strives to support their community by offering services such as this app.

One stop shop App

Incredible app from an even more incredible brand. Their latest update improved navigation so I can more easily find the items I’m looking for. Their in-app checkout experience is seamless and integrates directly with Apple Pay so I can buy with a couple clicks. They also have a wonderful in-app chat feature if I need extra assistance from one of their Rocks N Ropes agents. Keep up the great work!

Nice when it loads

It hasn't loaded for me in a while.. but it was really nice when it did. looking forward to it coming back!
