Company setup and the route builder: • Route builder: tell RoundOps the days you work, hours in a day, minutes per stop, and your crews — it lays out the whole week on a map, every property on a day and a crew in driving order from your shop, and says when a day needs another crew. • Real road times: routes are ordered and timed by actual driving distance, not straight lines. • Tap any pin to move a stop to another day or crew; it stays where you put it. Choose "Spread across the week" or "Fill days" and see which days come free. • Per property: set how long a visit takes and mark a "first stop of the day." • Import: paste a list or choose a spreadsheet, PDF, or photo. Exports from Jobber, Yardbook, Service Autopilot, and QuickBooks read as they are. Confirm what each column means, add a missing city and state to every row in one tap, and review price, how often, phone, and notes before anything is added. Clients already on your list are never doubled. • Crews are real now: name, size, and working days, managed from the route builder or Team. • A "Finish setting up" card on Today walks a new company through shop, crews, clients, and routes.

Set how often each client is serviced. - Choose ongoing, one time, 2, 3, 4 visits, or any number you type. - For recurring clients pick every week, every 2, 3, 4 weeks and up. - A fixed job comes off the route on its own once the visits are done, and the client profile says so. Build a one-off route for a single day. - Pull any stop from any crew or day, including the day you are building and stops already completed, skipped, or called off. - Stops move off their old crew's list onto the route you name. - Reaches five days back and a week ahead. Easier client setup. - Every crew route is listed wherever you pick one, and you can name a new crew on the spot. - After choosing the day and crew you see that crew's real route, with names and addresses, and tick the stop your new property follows. Client history is always kept. - Search a client whose service ended and open their full record: visits, notes, times, and photos. Also fixed: the Clients tab no longer opens the new-client form on its own, and opening a route from Ops no longer pulls you back to that day later.

Photos now open full size. - Tap any saved photo on a property and it fills the screen, so you see the whole picture instead of a cropped thumbnail. - Pinch or double-tap to zoom in on details like a gate code or damage. - Swipe sideways for the property's other photos, and swipe down or tap Close to go back. - Works from the property's photo list and from both photo strips on the monthly report.

Billing on the monthly report - Mark each client billed or not billed for the month you are viewing, right on their card. - Filter the report to just the clients who still need an invoice, and see the outstanding count at a glance. - The billed status is included in the report CSV you share. Faster client changes - Add a new client straight from the report. - Cancel a client's service from their profile in one step. They come off every future route and all of their service history is kept. One-off custom routes - Build a route for a single day when crews get shuffled or an extra crew is available. - Pull work onto that day from any service day or crew route, filtered by day, crew, or name. - Nobody's normal weekly route changes. Also in this update: the report shows your agreed price per visit without projecting a monthly total.

NEW — Property Map: every client pinned on a map, with filters from all properties down to a single crew route and day. NEW — Add clients right in the app: pick the route day, crew, and stop position. Management can also save a price per visit and preferred payment method. Stop details now show right away — no extra tap — and photos appear under each client’s name. Jump between weeks with one tap: Last week and This week. Crew can update a stop’s status. Called-off and skipped stops record the reason why, which appears in monthly proof-of-service reports. Reports scroll full screen, and tapping a client’s name opens their profile. Fixed: photos taken in the field now upload reliably, and each photo can be saved as one-time visit evidence or a permanent property photo.
