** We’ve been trying out this new app internally here at Care/of, and it’s been especially helpful these past couple of months. So, we’re releasing this unofficial, early version (for free) with the hope that it’s helpful for all of you, too.**

How it works
Whether you’re looking to improve your sleep, energy, or stress, it can be hard to know what habits are working for you unless you have data to look back on. And since we’re all different, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach for anything. Routines by Care/of helps you create routines you can stick to, then gives you the tools and personalized data you need to measure the impact those habits have on how you feel over time — so you can find what works for you.
Why we’re releasing the app early
We weren’t planning on releasing the app now, but as the weeks unfolded, we realized the app has been a huge resource for our team internally. We’ve found that sticking to even the smallest routines can help make things feel normal, even with so much up in the air. We wanted to share it with you in case it helps you, too.
This update includes bug fixes and improvements.
We’ve added a “Summer Days and Summer Nights” set of habits to the app to help you refresh your routines for longer summer days and more time spent outside. Ready, set, summer!

Life changing app for someone who can’t keep a planner past Jan 2
I’ve never been able to stick to any sort of routine other than the basic necessities (such as brushing your teeth AM and PM, etc.). But there are some things I’ve always wished I could really get into the habit of doing, like physical therapy maintenance and drinking water more frequently. This app, even after just a few days of consistent use, has made me feel more positive about my life and has really motivated me to keep up the basic things and also work just a tiny bit harder to do those things I’ve always wanted to do. I love the little celebration effects and streaks feature and that it is free. I think the fact that it’s been offered with no cost or subscriptions is really important to helping me not feel guilty if I were to pay for a service or app and then not be able to stick to it. (Such as buying a Moleskine and spending 1 day using it, 364 days feeling bad for not using it LOL.) This app is WONDERFUL and I’m so grateful I found it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing this app. Please keep it free if it would be possible!!!
Not only is the app free, but it actually works. Every morning and evening you can set a routine for yourself to follow. You click on the ones you complete and can reflect on how things are working out for you. I like it because I don’t feel pressure to tap everything, so I can use it to remind myself about habits I want to start working on without letting guilt and procrastination make me rage quit. I never felt behind, and when I fell off for a couple weeks I was able to get right back on. It gives me personalized feedback about my progress, as well as some helpful tips that I actually use.
My favorite part of the app is how simple it is. It doesn’t flood you with ads and none of the resources are blocked behind a paywall. I can easily set my schedule, and only look at that and my weekly report. It has other features, but it’s effortlessly weaved into the system so you don’t have to go searching for it and it’s not in your face.

so i’ve been trying to find a self care app for a while and nothing seemed to do what i wanted unless i paid for a subscription. me being a stressed college student who doesn’t have the money to go out and buy a subscription couldn’t find the app that was for me. this app literally is the best app i’ve ever used. it asks unique questions for when i go to bed and wake up to reflect on how i’m doing. not doing so well and feeling stressed? don’t worry this app will support you and give you an inspirational quote. feeling great and at your best? this app will congratulate you for your hard work! the habit tracker is great because you can pick ones that are goals and challenge yourself which is really cool, and maintain the good habits you always do!
my only suggestion is that i wish we could customize some of our habit trackers and have 1-2 we can type in because there are some things that i do that aren’t listed on here. other than that, this app is amazing!!!!!
