Employee Bryan do not trust

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give a negative 5 stars. We all understand that nothing is perfect and customer service is required. However no one should have to deal with an employee who lies to clients. I have never done an apple review before. But Bryan made me so mad i had no choice but to blast him on here. Because he wouldn’t even answer to my questions that I was asking in English. I’m sure the phone conversations were recorded. So management should be able to listen to it. And hopefully fire him. Because people with that type attitude do not deserve to have a job. He clearly lied to me over and over and would not answer to my questions. I complained to his supervisor who confirmed that he gave me false information and took care of the issue right away.
Reviver is a cool company however the employees are the one in charge to make or break a company. If I was the owner of that company and my employees lie to clients I would fire them right away. I was trying to find reviver on Yelp and Google to give horrible reviews. But having a hard time finding them on Thales platforms. However I will keep trying to make sure I get message across.

Awesome plate-When all the features become available

I have reduced my rating. This app is absolutely terrible. The reviver company is barely a business. So far nothing has worked. I went to pay my registration via the app. It redirects me to a website. I had several issues. Multiple error messages preventing me from paying my registration. After about 4 times it finally took my payment. The website said that my payment was accepted and I would receive an email confirmation. I never got one. It said I could download pdf temporary paper registration. Nothing....broken link. I have now emailed 3 times and called reviver. Not one response from anyone. I better not be penalized for late fees. This is un-acceptable business practice. This is the worst company. ...........

I debated a one star rating. I feel a little bait and switch with this product. Don’t get me wrong; I love the plate and it looks super cool. I’m still happy to have one. The downside; is lack of features being available. I’m supposed to be able to add images or link my toll road account to the plate via the app. So far these features are not available despite their advertising it.

This company is cruel and completely corrupt.

My experience with this company has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Their product continually failed for months, which cost me so much money, time, and stress (it is illegal to drive with detached plates). I renewed my registration through them and never received the physical stickers as promised, so I had to purchase replacements on my own to use after I had to put my regular license plate back on because due to their obscenely poor customer service, their troubleshooting steps permanently rendered the device inoperable. It took me months to finally get them to allow me to return it. For months, despite asking them to cancel my subscription, they continued to charge me.

Please, if you listen to only one piece of advice today. Stay away! Their customer service takes weeks to respond if they don’t ignore your emails and tickets completely. They continually lie and dodge any resolution to my issues.

It feels like some rich kid wanted a cool license plate for his sports car, so his wealthy dad threw a bunch of money, hoping someone could develop the product and app. Both the product and app are terrible and not ready for prime time.

I feel so sorry for everyone else burned by this terrible company and who had their time and money stolen. They should not be in business.
