What's New in RuleCheck 3.1.2 This update expands the Calculator with commercial financing and leasing math, and makes it faster to navigate. Added 11 calculators for commercial agents and brokers: Financing: Loan-to-Value (LTV), Debt Yield, Loan Constant, Interest-Only Payment, and Balloon Balance. Valuation: NOI from Cap Rate. Commercial leasing: Gross Rent (base + additional, all-in), Free-Rent Period, Rent Escalation, Percentage Rent, and Tenant Improvement (TI) Allowance. Organized the Calculator menu into sections — Commercial Property, Commercial Leasing, Financing, Investment, Tax & Closing, and more — so the right formula is quicker to find. Fixed the number pad so it opens above the active field and no longer covers your results while you type. Loan and balloon math use the Canadian semi-annual compounding convention, consistent with the mortgage payment calculator. Compliance guidance only — not legal advice.
