RunCats helps runners find compatible running partners and group runs, locally or wherever they’re heading next.
Whether you’re training for a race, starting running for the first time, need a running accountability buddy, or want to be more social while doing something you enjoy, RunCats makes it easier to connect with runners who match your pace, goals, and preferences.
Key features
- Discover compatible runners nearby. Find runners in your area based on pace, distance, goals, availability, and other running-specific and general profile fields. So you can make informed choices about who you run with.
- Join or create group runs in the Runboard. Browse runs others are organising, or create your own, from one-off meetups to regular training sessions.
- In-app messaging. Chat with runners once you’re connected. Messaging is only available between users who have mutually connected.
- Group messaging with consent built in. Create group chats for runs. Group invites can only be sent by connected users, and invitations can always be accepted or declined.
- Thoughtful profile for runners. Profiles include running-specific information alongside optional general life details, helping people decide whether a run feels like a good fit.
- Safety and privacy. Choose who you want to run with and what you share. Location is handled with privacy in mind.
- RunCats Club (optional premium). Premium members can add multiple locations, plan runs ahead of travelling, and connect with runners in upcoming destinations.
