Tell your manager which hours work for you If your store turns this on, you can now set the hours you are available from the app instead of asking someone to change them for you. Pick a day, set the times, and copy them across the rest of the week in a couple of taps. Your manager reviews the request. Nothing about your schedule changes until they approve it, so your current hours keep standing in the meantime. You see the answer either way, along with any note they leave. Managers get these in Approvals, with the reason and the proposed week laid out, and can approve or decline with a note of their own. Also in this update: when you clock in without a scheduled shift, the store list now shows only the stores you actually work at. Time off requests now show who approved or declined them, and when a request cannot go through, the app tells you the reason and what to do next instead of only saying it failed.

Notifications, and an easier time-off request RunOps can now reach you on your phone. New shifts, approvals and time-off updates show up as notifications, so you don't have to open the app to find out. To turn them on, sign in and tap Allow when your phone asks. Your profile shows whether they're on for this device. Picking dates for a time-off request is clearer now. Choose a date, confirm it, and you're back on the form. No more guessing how to close the calendar. Plus the usual round of fixes.
