Expensive/they don’t respond quickly
I paid $145 for a cleaning and the cleaner broke my blinds and tried to hide it by leaving the blinds open when she left. I specifically requested a thorough cleaning of the shower and toilet and those items looked virtually untouched. My shoes were stacked on top of each other. Her hair was on the floor in the shower. Shower glass wasn’t cleaned. I can’t reach out to cleaner directly because the chat with the cleaner closes after service. Contacting anyone with the app directly proves almost impossible.

If you need someone to detail and clean your house, this is the best service out there. Not only are they diligent, professional, fast, and detailed but this a reliable service you can trust! I highly recommend.
