Log in broken, limited functionality, no support

I just created a request and then it asked me to sign in to view my requests but it would not let me sign in. Please use Touch ID if sign in is required after initial setup.

A week later it still won’t let me sign in saying “failed to sign into AvePoint citizen services mobile app. Please try again later.”

The app support link takes you to the RVA 311 non mobile friendly webpage. Please add a form for app support and link to that.

This app seemed great at first but I soon realized that it’s only a one-way communication tool and it needs to go both ways. I don’t receive requested notifications for closed tickets. Even the agents can’t reopen tickets that have been closed in error. The map - what a mess.

City doesn’t actually do the work

App seems to work fine but all tickets go into a void of “transferred to correct department” and marked as completed although they never actually get done. There’s been a huge oil spill on my block covering the sidewalk for 6 months that has never been cleaned. Don’t bother attempting to use RVA311, your work won’t get completed.

Doesn’t work

Downloaded app. It opens then flashes and closes. Tried to reinstall, same thing. Non -functional.
