Compare your pre-ride state, recorded ride load and recovery after a ride. Follow longer-term Rider Capability trends over 30, 90 and 180 days. Where data is available, review power-duration history, power-to-weight and Apple FTP. Rydivo shows the evidence behind each insight instead of reducing every ride to one score. With Rydivo Lite, use on-device camera analysis to check riding posture, review adjustment guidance and track changes across Fitting sessions. Core ride history and recorded metrics are free. Lite unlocks advanced comparisons, Rider Capability, deeper recovery insights and Fitting; higher tiers include Lite benefits. No Rydivo account is required.
