more I am rarely inspired to review anything, but I also feel like we are more prone to leave a bad review before we leave a good review. With that being said, I felt Ryse was a great opportunity to leave a positive review for an app considering how much exercise is a part of my life. I recently switched over to Ryse from Jefit which I have been using since 2011. The switch was based initially out of curiosity, but I was quick to discover that the app has a great community, no creeps and its functionality is very intuitive. It has set programs, the ability to share programs and my favorite feature, the ability to create your own programs/exercises which is typically a feature that needs to be purchased on other apps. And like most apps, it tracks pr’s and total volume, providing you the necessary metrics to keep you pushing ahead. They also highlight newcomers which I think is great, but thee best part is the fact that the developers are users of the app and always available for questions and are receptive to feedback. This gives the app a very personal feel to it. In my opinion, if you are looking for a fitness tracking app, look no further than Ryse.

I can’t say enough good things about the Ryse Social Fitness app! It’s honestly been a game-changer for me and my fitness journey. Here’s why I’m giving it a solid five stars:First off, the AI workout generator is a lifesaver! Some days, I just don’t feel like working out, and I know I need that extra push. The app creates personalized workouts for me, so I can just jump in and get moving without having to think too much about it. It’s perfect for those days when motivation is low!But what I really love is the community. The support I get from other users is incredible. Everyone is so encouraging, and it feels great to share my progress and cheer on others. It keeps me accountable and helps me stay on track with my goals. It’s like having a whole team behind me, even when I’m working out alone at home. The app is super easy to use, and I appreciate how it focuses on more than just workouts. There are tons of tips and inspiration that help me stay motivated both in and out of the gym.Overall, Ryse has made fitness feel less like a chore and more like a fun part of my day. If you’re looking for a way to stay motivated and connect with others while reaching your goals, I highly recommend giving it a try!

I’ve always been a pretty casual gym goer which meant I never knew if I was making any progress. I’d get confused because I couldn’t remember the last weight I did for exercises and I had no idea if I was hitting any PRs. Ryse has made it possible for me to track all of that AND MORE!!! I can even input my meals and count macros as well as my water intake and sleeping habits all in the app too. This app has helped me to maintain consistency and motivation through the year and even to push myself to new PRs. I would have to say my favorite thing overall though is the wrapped style year end recap they put out every year so I can see just how far I’ve come. Do yourself a favor and download!!

Ryse makes tracking workouts super easy and keeps me motivated to hit new PRs. The layout is clean, the features are actually useful, and the community aspect takes it to another level. Seeing other people’s progress, sharing my own, and getting real feedback from lifters who get it keeps me pushing harder. It’s like having a gym crew in your pocket. The best part? The free version gives you access to almost everything—workouts, exercises, tracking, and community features. If you’re serious about making progress, this app is 100% worth it!
