Crashes constantly now

Since the new update I have tried using this app on two different iPhones. One one, it won’t even open. I’ve tried turning the phone off completely and using it again but it doesn’t work. On the other phone i can log in and start work but I when I start my lunch, there is no indication that I’m on lunch break and there is no way for me to end my lunch (I compared with timesheets since I’m an admin). When I tried to end my day there was no indication that it had ended, so I couldn’t even resume it... please fix with additional update.
