Organizing your scans - A proper home screen ("My Scans") listing every scan you've saved — persists across app updates, so your work is never lost when the app updates. - Properties: group multiple floor scans under one building (e.g., "123 Main St"), each tagged with a floor level (Basement, Ground Floor, 1st Floor, etc.), ordered top-to-bottom like a real building directory. - Rename, delete, or reorganize scans and properties at any time — including moving a scan out of a property without deleting it. Measurements & Blueprints - A full measurement summary for every scan — every wall, door, window, opening, and piece of furniture, shown in both meters and feet/inches. - A proper dimensioned blueprint PDF — real architectural-style dimension lines with tick marks, and leader lines for doors/windows/openings — no more overlapping or crossed-out labels. - Room Data view — the raw scan data, viewable and exportable on its own. 3D viewing - 3D View: a labeled schematic of your scan — every wall, door, and window tagged (Wall 1, Door 1, etc.) so you can match it straight to the measurement list. - 3D Model: the actual scanned mesh, viewable in Quick Look with full pinch/rotate/AR support — and it now carries the same wall/door/window labels baked right into the file. - Everything now sits correctly on a visible floor — no more furniture floating in mid-air. Furniture Editor (new) - Drag furniture onto your floor plan, then pinch to resize and twist to rotate it right on the canvas. - Opens pre-populated with whatever furniture your scan actually detected — fully editable or deletable if you want a blank slate. - Includes chairs, tables, beds, desks, sofas, wardrobes, shelves, dining sets, and TVs, plus every furniture type RoomPlan itself can recognize. - Upload your own 3D objects (USDZ files) and use them exactly like any built-in piece. - A 3D Library in the home tab — manage every object you've uploaded (rename, delete, preview) in one place, shared across all your scans. - Jump straight back to your scan list with one tap, no matter how deep you are in the editor. Notes (now a real note-taking tool) - Add photos, and format text with bold, italic, underline, fonts, and sizes. - Bulleted and numbered lists. - Notes at both the property level and the individual scan level. Exporting - Export everything at once (all properties and scans) from the home screen, or an entire property (all its floors) in one action. - Export individual attributes on their own — just the blueprint, just the 3D model, just your notes, or just the raw data — via swipe, without bundling everything together. - Notes export as a proper rich-text file, preserving your formatting and images.
