Issue since iOS 13 update
I’ve used this app several time to submit various issues/SRs (Service Requests).
I just used the app to report a car parked in front of our house blocking our driveway. The experience was fine until I reached the “Describe Issue” field. At that point, the keyboard blocks the entire text box and the screen can not be moved up to make text entry possible. I switched to another app to text out my issue and copy it all. I switched back to this app to paste in my text... and that didn’t work either!
Sac city, do you even use 311?
When you call 311, you have to call a few times until the call agrees to be dialed. On the app, you submit a request but only to get told that itcan't go through. What's next? Well, they say send an email. Yes, emails are reliable. Let me just stop calling 311, stop using the app, and write emails for everything. Are you guys hiring for app developers? I'm not one but seems like I can do a better job. Maybe go for Mayor next.
You can’t through by phone so you try the app. Your choice search for your answer or make a service request. I want to ask a question. I am not asking for a service at least I don’t think I am. Who knows! Hey city of Sacramento -ever hear of user testing? Usability? Findability? Readability? I doubt it. Don’t waste your time with this app until it is more customer-focused.
