SafeStream gives parents full control over what their children watch and when they watch it.
Instead of open-ended feeds, ads, and endless recommendations, SafeStream shows children only the videos parents approve—nothing more. Approved videos play in a clean, distraction-free viewer without suggested videos or extra on-screen clutter - and ad free.
Parents can:
• Approve specific YouTube videos, playlists, or channels
• Set daily screen-time limits that automatically pause playback when time is up
• Create bedtimes that block video access during sleep hours
• Manage multiple child profiles, each with their own rules
• Lock settings behind a secure parent PIN
SafeStream works even without a YouTube account and does not collect personal data. Parents can add content by pasting links, video IDs, or by using optional in-app search.
