Make it accessible to share near-miss accidents and good ideas. Using familiar tools from everyday life.
In your workplace, you are a lot of different people from all over the world, speaking different languages and nobody is interested in reading thick submissions and explanations. You, your colleagues and your leader work in many different areas. It requires a lot of administration.
Now the tool is here that you can use in your workplace, so that it´s safer, healthier and much better. None of the good ideas should be forgotten, hidden or drowned in administration, they should be shared quickly and easy.
It is close at hand, everyone can participate, it's photos, it's visually, the language is universal, it is easy to divide and multiply

This is what you do:
· You get an idea or see a problem you wish to be fixed
· You take some pictures that illustrates what you want to utter
· You draw on the pictures
· You upload the pictures
· With one touch you decide who gets to see them; your team, all of your colleagues or your work environment organization
· You send
