Description

Sandy Springs Works is your personal assistant to report and track non-emergency issues by simply dropping a marker on the map where you notice a concern and answering a few questions to help us best understand the problem. You can even send a picture to help illustrate. We’ll notify our crews, get to work, and let you know as soon as we’re done.

The mobile app can be used to report issues such as high weeds and graffiti, potholes, broken streetlights, or trash and debris.

Love responsiveness from sandy springs

I love love love this app. I reported a pothole and got a call the next day asking for clarification because I input the wrong address. They fixed the issue that day, less than 24 hours after I reported it. I smiled when my wife drove over the former pothole and didn’t even notice what used to be a nasty hole.

Does not recognize locations

Cannot report issues from office. Badly coded. Buggy
