If you know how to use email folders, then you know how to use SaneBox. The unimportant email isn't quarantined like inferior products. Buying back time made easy

You would think unsubscribing to email lists, having a separate email for junk mail and dedicating time to manage my email would have worked. It did not. SaneBox solved the problem. The intelligent email monitoring and management combined with the simple interface for creating categorized rules is the ultimate attack against unwanted email. Spam, over email, wanted businesses misapplying email in accounts you want - SaneBox has sorted all of these very well. In the end, I have gained back hours a week of my personal time.

Great automation - but I fight it sometimes

I really like the ease of being able to drag a message to a folder/mailbox and have a rule automatically created to handle that sender's messages. However, I'm constantly fighting with it because so many sites send verification emails - emails that I want to see immediately in my inbox. What ends up happening is Sanebox moves them before I can open and click on a verification link. This isn't Sanebox's fault - the tool is working exactly as it should and it works very well. But I have not found a solution that can leave some emails where they are or at least leave them for 5 minutes so I don't have to hunt through different mailboxes to find the message.

This service is soooo worth it

I like a lot of email filter customization. The simple “news” and “junk” in other free emails apps doesn’t work for me. Server side rules are way too difficult to group properly, and app side rules are bloated and process hogging. This service is finally the solution I needed!

Pricing is reasonable and customer service is super responsive and helpful, even with unique requests. Features are added regularly, rare bugs are addressed and fixed, and the app is very functional. Can’t ask for much more!
