Not worked in months on iPhone 7
Quite a long time ago, many months, the app started to quit immediately after log in on my iPhone 7.
The app DOES work on my iPad. But I’m frustrated because mostly I want to make deposits with my phone because I’m not always around WiFi.
Mobil deposit
Just got the new update to the SBMC app this week and they have completely changed the Mobil deposit photo taking operations of how you take the photo of the front and the back of the checks !! This new update is horrible !! Impossible hard to take a photo of the front and back of your check !! They have automated this process and it’s horrible now !! They automatically turn on the light and take the photo even if you are not ready !! It’s horrible !! Please go back to the old system it worked just fine before !! Horrible update !! Mcb

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the App. The update you’re referring to automatically takes a photo of the check once it recognizes a good image. Most mobile banking Apps use this feature. If you continue to have issues please contact the Electronic Banking Department for assistance, 707-462-6613.
Doesn’t work at all.
This app worked about a month And was amazing. Then, it would not load and constantly crashed. I have deleted it and re-added it I’ve had the bank delete my phone number and re-add it and nothing is working.
