I love the bank. I’ve been banking here for years.
The app on the other hand, has always been bad. It takes forever to load anything. Often it’s on the login screen for so long I give up. They need to seriously consider making major updates to the app. Very frustrating.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this bank and all of their wonderful services!

The reason for my 1-star rating is because the app is sooo laggy & REALLY needs a modern day upgrade ASAP!!! It takes forever to load or do anything and sometimes I just end up giving up. It seems to be behind as well in some features that other banks offer for an even more user-friendly UI. I’m the kind of person who likes to get in, get out and everything smooth running! When I can drive across town to the bank before I’m able to login, you know there’s a problem and it’s not the user!

What happened?

Usually app updates improve the users experience. That is not the case here. Where did touchID login go? Where is quick balance? Why is this new user interface garbage? Do these ridiculous security images and phrases really need to take up so much of my screen? Why does logging in take two steps, "start" and "continue," why can't it be one step like every other login on the planet? This update seems to be one step forward, but a dozen back. I feel like the designers really came up short. I hope things improve and I hope those improvements come soon.
