App is getting better thankfully

I just wanted to write a review to say that this app used to be absolute trash. However, with recent development, the app is finally useful! It still isn’t perfect, but it’s a million times better than it used to be. Two features I especially enjoy- having the ability to sign into my account using my Touch ID, as well as the feature where Community First gives you a push notification stating the cost of the price charged to my debit card while using Apple Pay. I ordered from Papa John’s, and as soon as I confirmed the order, a notification popped up saying the amount I spent. I would love if that happened EVERY time I used my debit card. Great confirmation to purchases. This is the first time that has happened, and I literally stopped what I was doing to write a positive review about it. Thank you.

Love Community First CU’s app!

I can do everything within the mobile banking app. I haven’t been inside a branch for 2 years as I am a college student living hours from the nearest physical location. I love that I can easily see my balances on one screen and transfer on another. Makes is easy to transfer money between members as well.

Mobile deposit

I’ve been banking with community first for about ten years now and never had much of an issue. I recently moved and the closest community first is an hour away but I chose to stick with them because of the mobile deposit and mobile banking. After the new software update, I am not able to deposit my checks through the online banking which really puts a huge hold on everything. I just tried again and it still doesn’t work. It’s been a week now and I’ve called every other day and the only answer I’ve been getting is that they are working on it. It’s extremely frustrating. The app was fine before they updated it. Why fix something that’s not broken?
