this us getting ridiculous ,

Too many late fees!!!

I am so happy that I no longer have to worry about when my payment will pull from my account, I’ve paid so many late fees because the payment was pulled to late, pulled to early, payroll was deposited and payment pulled just before when it wasn’t scheduled to pull 4 three more days!! Very frustrating and expensive, we were ready to move on!

iPad Use

I certainly liked the system you had in place before. Not being able to access my account & statements for months on end is unacceptable! Not having access my account from my iPad as I had for years is UNACCEPTABLE. Get a new programmer & use the Chase on-line banking as an example to follow! The system you have is frustrating to say the least!

Awesome app

It’s a very nice app. The only thing it’s missing is to have full service as the website has. I would like to be able to manage my transfers through the app not only make them, also would be nice to be able to add external accounts through the app. As of now, we can only do it on the website but it doesn’t work if I’m using Safari. Some kind of glitch. Otherwise this is a very good bank app.
