Built for real renovation workflows:
Create a project for a client and property. Capture rooms, check the measurements, choose painting or flooring work, calculate quantities, price the scope with your own rates, and review the final PDF before sharing it with your customer.
Your projects remain available offline. When you connect a ScanConstra Cloud account, supported project records and room assets can synchronize for private recovery and continuity across reinstallations.
ScanConstra is an estimating aid. Always inspect the site and confirm measurements, conditions, scope, rates, and code requirements before construction or issuing a final proposal.
Your first room capture and 3D preview are available without a subscription. PDF estimates, 2D floor plans, and the full project workflow require a monthly ScanConstra Pro auto-renewable subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive the introductory free-trial period shown by the App Store. After the trial, the displayed monthly price is charged automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. Eligibility, duration, and localized pricing are confirmed by the App Store before purchase.
