Would be great if it worked all the time.

Has great features which make getting appointments easy, even paying via the app to speed up time in the center - but I’ve had to delete and reload multiple times because it stops updating and shows my past appointment as my next one. Also shows charges for no-show that weren’t charged which makes you get upset for a bit then speak to someone to realize it wasn’t charged. Fix the glitches and it’s great.

Calendar hasn’t worked for a week

When I put in my dog’s preferences & try to schedule, the calendar just spins & never comes up. Tried deleting & re-installing the app & it didn’t work. Also annoying that you can’t schedule 2 dogs together. App needs updating!

Not optimized for all devices

I like using the app on the iPad because my old eyes can see better on the larger screen. Since the last update, I can’t schedule appointments because the times don’t show up. I have to call or dig out my reading glasses to use on my phone. Please fix the app for larger devices. Also, would it be possible to develop a version via the website so we can book on the computer? My phone has way too many apps and I really don’t want to download another one.
