Auto log out
How on earth I can’t log in again after I was auto logged out last week? Can’t even check my schedule til now. Please fix it.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that resolves it. Infinite login loop almost every time I try to use it
Why are we even using this piece of garbage when the shift board app already exists, and actually functions?!
Another incredible annoyance, I’m constantly getting notifications of “Direct Messages” and when I CAN open the app, there are no such messages. What a mess of an app.

Hi Chris22599, Thank you for your rating and feedback and we are sorry that it has not been the best user experience and would like to make it right.
We have made several UI enhancements and added functionality to our app based on the feedback received from our customers and recommend downloading the latest version in hopes the issues encountered previously are addressed.
Login protocol broken
The app worked for all of 3 days. Now it just has the spinning circle of death when trying to login. Tried deleting app and reinstalling a few times. There’s no way to resubmit login information. It’s now just a useless app. So I’m back to using the website to check my schedule.
