Auto log out
How on earth I can’t log in again after I was auto logged out last week? Can’t even check my schedule til now. Please fix it.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that resolves it. If you are still unable to login, please reach out to support@shiftboard.com with as many details as possible so we can assist you further.
App includes not disclosed “Log you out” feature
This app is good works fine and stuff, one small issue: It seemingly for no reason will just log you out randomly. It is a pain in the rear to have to keep logging back into it, no matter how many times i’ve hit “Keep me signed in” it still manages to find a way to log me out. This is kind of a problem, because i’ve found that i will miss out on overtime shifts because my app wasn’t logged in to recieve the availability notification. Usually it logging me out is at most a weekly occurrence, sometimes day to day. But today, it did it to me twice. TWICE. This has seemingly been an issue for sometime please fix it!

Hi KurtCobainiac, Thank you for your rating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience when using our app. Our mobile apps have a refresh token, which allows users to remain signed in for up to 30 days at a time before needing to log in again. If your organization uses Multifactor Authentication, they might have restrictions in place much sooner than this for security reasons, and suggest reaching out to them for further insight, as this is managed by the Internal IT Team outside of SchedulePro.
Auto log out
It auto logged me out last week when I wanted to see my schedule and put in for PTO now I can’t even even login because it says my login blocked when I was able to login before like nothing please fix this issue.
