What is the maximum I can travel for, on any date, whilst ensuring I can still go on ALL my planned trips, never breaking the 90/180 rule?

To illustrate what makes Schengen Simple unique: say you have a trip next week and another in 2 months, and you want to add another trip in between. With Schengen Simple, you’ll know exactly how long that trip in the middle could be without causing an overstay. No other calculator can do this.

Other calculators can only tell you if a trip fits in with the trips that came BEFORE it. They are just counting the trips in the past 180 days. Schengen Simple’s algorithm is smarter, always looking forwards and backwards, ensuring ALL your plans are compatible.

Most other apps' calculations are misleading. Even apps which claim to account for future trips don’t really, which is why they overestimate your allowance.

Here’s a simple test you can do to choose the right app for you.

Enter a 90-day trip in the calculator you’re testing. Now check the allowance for the days leading up to this trip; most will say you have an allowance of 90 because they’re only looking backwards. This is wrong, as we know you are already committed to the 90-day trip you just entered. The correct allowance should be zero for the 90 days preceding this trip. Other apps will incorrectly display that you have a 90-day allowance, and then when you try to enter a trip, will complain you’re causing an overstay - which we find frustrating.

The above example is simple as there is only one trip. As you enter more trips of varying lengths, we need to account for many interacting 180-day windows.
