School-Sync brings school staff, parents and approved guardians into one coordinated dismissal, from arrival to pickup confirmation.
School-Sync accounts are provided through participating schools. There is no public sign-up. Schools can request access at school-sync.app.
FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
• Tap "I'm Here" when you arrive inside your school's pickup area during pickup hours
• Automatic pickup confirmation: with "Always" location on, if you drive away without confirming pickup, School-Sync marks your student as picked up when you leave the pickup area, so you don't need to use your phone while driving
• Live status for each student: Arrived, Released, Picked Up
• Manage Guardians: give trusted adults their own sign-in for authorized pickups
• Stay in touch with your child's teacher: send a quick message when plans change or something comes up, so everyone stays on the same page
FOR TEACHERS
• A live dismissal feed that brings arrived students forward
• Slide to release each student from the classroom
FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS
• Set the school's pickup geofence and check-in window
• Schoolwide dismissal dashboard with progress by teacher
• View any teacher's live feed, and release a student on a teacher's behalf when needed
• Create and manage teacher and parent accounts
SAFETY AND PRIVACY
• A student is released only after a teacher, or a school administrator on the teacher's behalf, confirms it
• Location is used only for pickup. Students' locations are never collected
• Messages are checked for blocked language, and you can report or block anyone from a conversation
• No ads or tracking
• Send feedback or request account deletion any time from Account & Support
School-Sync supports your school's dismissal process; it doesn't replace it. Follow staff instructions, and don't use the app while driving.
