Very good app But a few problems

I just downloaded this app probably a few minutes ago i have been trying to improve my editing skills as of animation and ive been geting better at those but the one problem ive been haveing with these kinds of apps is the audio, its either the audio is too fast or too slow and wont match with the image, i only use the audio right now but when i probably will need the image i recorded with it theres going to be probably a huge problem with it, i have been useing a diffrent app than this for a long time it worked out fine at first but then i just gave up on it, its the same problem as i have right now and i dont want to have to move from screen recorder to screen recorder just to get the right one to use i usually trim the areas i dont need like the extra clip when i finish recording my screen but ive been haveing this problem for a while now that im just getting tired of it i may just use the audio and not the image. Im asking if you could please fix that i would put many appreciation into this app! I will wait as long as i have to just to get this problem fixed. Thank you for reading this.

Amazing! Just one disappointment :)

So, I Love The app in all, but there’s just a slight disappointment.
So when I first downloaded the app, everything was normal. I made a screen recording, and edited my video. But I wasn’t really ready to post it yet. So the next day when I went onto my phone, my recording was gone, so as any other player would do, I clicked “Screen recording”, and it said I had to pay money for a payment for “$4.99/week”? I’m sorry, but I didn’t want to spend my money. And though there was a free trial, I didn’t want to enable that either. So I reloaded the app, but the same thing popped up. I was extremely disappointed. Can you Please try your best to fix this? Thank you, and have a nice day. :) -zMuff1nYT

Won’t record!

So I had just downloaded this app today and I was so exited because my other screen recorder wouldn’t work so I wanted another one! I was looking and looking and I saw this so I entered the app and started looking around. When I was done messing with the app I wanted to record something! So I went the place where you record and I hit ( Broadcast ) when I pressed it nothing happened! So I tried it again. It still wouldn’t work! I rapidly tapped it and I even held it down! I tried to scroll down and see if their was more but their was nothing els I could do, so I messed with the app some more and still nothing happened. I checked the place where it shows all the stuff you record but I saw NOTHING! I even checked my photos and o saw NOTHING! I have no idea if it swaps my iPad because it’s old. I was really looking forward to seeing all the stuff I recorded but their was nothing. I tried EVERYTHING to get it to work but it wouldn’t work. So when I’m done typing this I am going to delete the app. Hope you can fix the bug if it’s the app but I’m pretty sure it’s my iPad. Hope your doing well during the Coronavirus! <3 I just want to say I’m not mad I’m just disappointed that it won’t work have a nice day! 😊

Hi! Thank you for your review. I am sorry this happened for you, it is the first time we read about such an experience. Is your software above iOS 12.0? Usually, you should just go to "Record screen" and tap "Start broadcast" and you have a 3-second countdown and video then starts recording (your clock turns red). You can stop it by tapping the clock or the stop button in the App. If this is not the case for you, please get back to us info@appwingsltd.com and give us more details about your iPad (go to Settings -> General -> About and send us your software and iPad versions).
