ScreenBuddy creates intelligent friction between impulse and action. Before you can access a locked app, you must complete a 25-second countdown with haptic feedback. This pause transforms unconscious habits into conscious choices. When you need access, you can pause. Your timer runs until you return to ScreenBuddy. This keeps you aware of exactly how much time you're spending.
